Health InsuranceHealth Insurance coverage is offered to all full time employees. This plan is available the first of the month after 90 days of full time employment is completed from date of hire
Dental / vision plan is offered to all full time employees.

Aflac InsuranceThese plans are renewable for life and owned by the employee.
IV.
Retirement PlanA simple IRA plan is offered to all employees. This plan is available the first of the month after 90 days of employment is completed from date of hire
Tharco, Incorporated matches all employee contributions up to 3% of employee wages monthly.
All payroll deductions for any of the above plans are pre-tax deductions which lessens your cost. You are able to deduct the cost of any insurance or retirement plan from your gross wages before your tax liability is calculated and deducted from your paycheck.
VII. Life, Short Term & Long Term
Disability CoverageLife, Long Term and Short Term Disability Insurance coverage is offered to all full time employees. Insurance is available the first of the month after 90 days of full time employment is completed from date of hire.

TIME OFFAfter the 90 days of full time employment, all full time employees qualify for the following paid holidays:
After one year of full time employment, all full time employees are eligible for paid vacation (Between one and three weeks vacation determined by length of employment).
Any full time employee married during his/her employ with Tharco receives an additional week of vacation.
In the very unfortunate event of a death in the immediate family, employees receive paid days off to allow him/her the ability to attend to personal affairs.
